How long are the products best for?

Our chocolate bonbons are handmade in small batches, and are best enjoyed within 10 days of purchase for peak freshness (or about a week from when you receive them in the mail). All other chocolate products ie: chocolate mendiants, Chocolate Hills, Tablea, and Halva lasts a few weeks, longer if kept in a wine cooler.

How should I store my products?

Store in a cool, dry place—ideally between 55-65F. This could be in a cool room, wine fridge, or if necessary, the vegetable compartment of your refrigerator. If storing in a refrigerator, please keep chocolates in a tightly sealed plastic bag so they retain their beautiful shine. Remove from fridge about 15-20 minutes before eating, but keep them in the box until they've reached room temperature.

What if I have an allergy?

We use a ghost kitchen to produce all our products, so all products contain nuts, and may contain traces of soy, milk, egg, and gluten. Cashew cream is used in each bonbon flavor so they are vegan, but not nut-free. All of our baked goods are vegan unless indicated, we use almond flour as our main ingredient so they are not nut-free.
